[Nfb-krafters-korner] crochet pattern help

Can any crocheter on the list help me read a crochet patter. I am doing a
teddy bear hear head and do not understand increase row pattern. I am
pasting below row 4 on, and I understand row 4 and that increase but having
trouble with rown 5 and the increase they are asking me to make. If anyone
can read this and explain in simple terms to me I would appreciate it.
