[Nfb-krafters-korner] Class sign up confirmation

Would it be possible to make it so that it would send a copy to the student
as well so we could have a copy for our records?  The way it is now I have
no receipt that I have enrolled in a class and have missed classes believing
I was enrolled, but was apparently not.

This change was made because people would not provide all of the requested
information in the email.
