Yes, I get so confused by the times so that Is why I always put CENTRAL time because I know what I am talking about since that is where I live.

Hi all, Eastern Standard time is three hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time, 
Mountain Standard time is one hour ahead of Pacific Standard Time and 
Centrel Standard Time is two hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time. As of 
this E Mail, it's 12:45 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, 1:45 P.M. Mountain 
Standard Time, 2:45 P.M. Central Standard Time and 3:45 P.M. Eastern 
Standard time. This will be useful to cordinate times for phone calls.
