[Nfb-krafters-korner] Terry K's crochet a potholder class

Hi all,

 

I wanted to thank Terry K publicly for her class on how to make a decorative
Xmas  crocheted potholder. It was her first time teaching a class on KK and
she did a wonderful job. For me personally, I felt as though we were all
sitting in her living room relaxing and listening to her tell about her
crocheting experiences, crocheting tips,  and the many things she has made.
along the way we learned how to crochet a candy cane, a wreath, and a round
potholder. All that in about ninety minutes!  Terry has a friendly relaxed
style of teaching and I really hope she will be teaching another class soon
and that some of you other beginner and not so beginner crocheters out
there, give one of her classes a try next time. I learned a lot, thanks
Terry!

 

Speaking of crocheting, my next crochet class will be offered in December,
where you can learn how to double crochet, change yarn colors within a
project, and make a granny square. then you can begin to make afghans,
lapghans and throws.
