[Nfb-krafters-korner] About Origami

Hi LM and all,
I think these are great suggestions. I will keep them in mind for the next
class.
Thanks, Lisamaria. As Joyce says, the more input the better and I think
little things can make a lot of difference to make class experiences better
for all.
To those who have not joined us for an e-mail class, please consider giving
it a try? Even if you are quite busy, there is only one or two e-mails every
day or two with instructions for one or two folds at a time and you can ask
questions on or off the list if you need help. Also, what is very nice is
that if you don't understand an instruction written by one person, someone
else will explain it in an entirely different way, usually adding clarity to
whatever has been written before.
For new members or those that aren't sure what origami is, it is basically
the art or craft of folding paper into different objects. For a beginner
class, you need no experience. Only a piece of ordinary copy or printer
paper and then you follow a set of instructions to create something. My next
class will likely be a box of some kind and a fairly easy flower-like model,
called a star flower.
So, watch out for the sign-up announcement and come and join us. It is a lot
of fun and a useful and interesting skill to learn.
Lindy

Hi LM and all,
I think these are great suggestions. I am sorry you did not get my original
posts, though, not sure why that happened?
