Hit enter on the Membership link
 
On membership page hit tab button and it will bring you to PayPal button  
and hit enter.
 
That will bring you to the sign in page of PayPal
 
and then everything is already entered in there for you to pay.
 
You can not go to PayPal and put in an email address to pay you need to use 
 the link on the website.

continue link  I just go back to the same page asking about my address. I
