The knitting tool is the hook type tool that does come with the looms when 
purchased. As for colors, that is totally your choice!

Hi,
I've signed up for this class, and I have a couple quick questions.
I am new to knitting, and I'm wondering what a knitting tool is? Would this
come with the set of circle KK looms I plan to pick up before this class?
What color yarn do you all think would be good for the dishcloth?
