[Nfb-krafters-korner] Cool Halloween Decoration

Had to give an idea here. Great for decoration but also cute for the kids
doing tricks and treat, if painted and made with a funny hat of paper they
would be a great hand out or for the kids to carry around at parties etc.

I'm thinking you could use the straight glow sticks that the dollar store
sells.  If they were in a circle/bracelet form already, then just pinch the
bracelet together and slide it in the tube and it should stay.

Don't know why I am having such a hard time with visualizing how to insert
the bracelets.  do I fold them in half so they are hanging out of the holes,
or kind of fill up the tube so it looks like the holes are glowing?
