Joyce,

Go to the public folder, arrow down to the file, hit the applications key,
arrow down to drop box, right arrow and find copy public link.

Hit that, it will put the link onto your clipboard.  Go to a new message and
paste the link into the message.

That was the trouble it was not put in the public folder.  I copied it  in 
the public folder now, but I can't figure out how to get the link.
