[Nfb-krafters-korner] loom-knit patterns with Jiffy bulky

Hey Cathy,

The Magic scarf that Barb sent out instructions for says you can pull
it up over your head to be a hood or pull it down around your
shoulders. It is basically a tube, but you are suppose to make it
about 2 and a half feet long in order to pull down around the
shoulders or up over your head.

Would this type of hooded cowl work for you?
