[Nfb-krafters-korner] tube scarf

I'm confused. Isn't a tube scarf a scarf that is tubular in shape? Why
would a 31 peg matter if you just keep wrapping around and around?

I've made tube scarves on a 24 peg loom and I think that since they
are double the thickness the width isn't too bad. I kind of like the
width on a 24 pegger.
