It is on the same street as the Milano Hotel. It is on Fortaleza St.in Old
San Juan. http://www.hotelmilanopr.com/

If you are leaving the hotel, going out the front door:
Turn LEFT. It is on the opposite side of the street from the hotel. Go
about 1 block down Fortaleza Street, and on your right as you walk down the
street. I do not remember the name of it but you will smell the incense from
the street. The window is full of eastern type of things. The store is
crammed packed with clothing, and to the right as you enter is a very large
display of incense - the best I have ever found anywhere. There is wonderful
soaps in scents that are like the incense, and lovely incense burners. To
the left there is clothing - racks of lovely colorful skirts ($10. EACH) iI
buy several every year and lovely tops to match the skirts. They have great
PR Tshirts, too - very very heavy cotton, not cheap ones that get nasty
after washing. These ones, I can wear for years, they are made so well. The
lady who owns the shopis OLD and appears to be CRANKY. But, if she warms to
you, she is very generous and lovely. If you go there, remind her of the
lady who comes in every year with her white cane - she gives me GIFTS every
year and she hugs me. I will be there the end of March, for 2 weeks so I
will be going to see her. I will see if Bob has the receipts from the store
from last year, and if so, I will get you the name of it. The things in her
store are of very good quality - not the touristy junk that many of the
other stores have. The lady lives only a block away from her store, in
another building on the same street.
