[Nfb-krafters-korner] Wire wreaths for Fabric Wreaths

[Neva Fairchild]

I found two jelly rolls at Tuesday morning for $3.99 each. One is patriotic
prints and the other is rainbow. Can someone send me the directions to make
the wreaths and any wisdom you have found in using jelly roll strips for
this craft?
