Can you define what kind of yarn you mean.  I saw yarn with a kind of chord and big lumps of yarn.  Joice said people use it to make a chunky scarf.
Is this what we need.  I only saw it in red and white, I think.
Not sure if this is what you ment by pompoms.

Well, Happy New Year everyone!
The directions on the yarn says each skein makes 3 trees.  I used the green with red pompd for "berries".  I'll have to do some digging cos' I think I saw a white tree somewhere that really caught my attention.  It also could have been one of my hallucinations from the pain meds. I don't remember the white pomp poms do you Linda A?

Hi Diane:

This sounds like a great project.  I would be interested in taking the class whenever you decide to teach one.

Can you let the group know how many balls of yarn we will need for the Christmas tree.  I'm guessing we will have a hard time finding it in august, and the Christmas yarns should be on sale now.
