I have the Kurzweil too, and isn't it wonderful! I have scanned in a couple of books that I wanted to READ. One was my own book, "Concerti...Psalms for the Pilgrimage."  Since I cannot READ my own work now, I can listen to it read to me by Kurzweil. My son is an author, too, and I read his book via Kurzweil. His book is "Beginning a Prayer Life"  by R. Andrew Lambert. Both of our books are available through amazon.com so it is really nice for me to be able to read them myself in this way now.
