Do you still have any of your patterns?
We could all purchase blank canvas and cut yarn packets, then  follow a
pattern if we have one and know the dimensions needed for the piece and how
much yarn to buy.

That is also what I do. I mark zip locks with the color and then put the
pattern into braille. It works great and I have made several projects.
