No, you're not ignorant; you just don't know yet. Ignorant people are those who don't know and really don't care to know. *smile* Well, you can work with seed beads; those are teeny tiny beads the size of sand. If you have the patience, my hat is off to you. *smile* You can also work with larger beads. You can just make simple bead strands, or you can make multiple ones. Your work can be elaborate or simple. Truly, the sky is the limit, or so does the cliché go. I would really check out the bead shops in your area. Those folks do have beading classes, and even if they're not always willing to work with you because they don't know how, you can teach them a thing or two. It's really just fun to check out the beads and what other people are doing. The beginning is the hardest, but once you get started, you'll have fun if beading is something you enjoy. I didn't have any idea I enjoyed it until my friend Mary sat me at her dinner table and gave me some beads to play with. I started talking to the beads in a few minutes, and the rest is history. I've been beading for over twelve years. My goodness! Where did the time go?

Warm regards,
Sahar Husseini
