Hi Sahar and Holly
Nice to see you HERE on the KK list today!
I put my beads away before Christmas so I could have a ton of company over
the holidays without all the stuff all over my dining room table. I have to
get it all out again. I decided to move my beadworking table upstairs to a
spare bedroom so I am not all over the dining room again. It is nice to have
a clear table and be able to actually EAT there again. Smile!

My focus these days is on making encrusted bead worked TALISMANS. That is my
personal passion.
I also foxus on the spiritual and metaphysical associations of the stones I
work with. I use the "Crystal Bible" as a guide, and I have a number of
other books like this, too. One good one I use is the "Crystal Code."
They are not beading books, but books that are metaphysical in nature,
crystal healing books. I am really interested in this.

Good luck to you Holly. There are several wonderful bead workers here, and
each is very different from the other. Between us all, we can give you help
and are glad to do it. Most of all, I think, what you will need is knowing
that you CAN do beading, and you WILL find your own path with the BEADS.
Like Sahar said, she just let the beads speak to her, and off she went in
that direction. That is what I do. In my case, it is the stones that speak
to me, and I try to listen and follow.
