I also received that error.

When you go in to fill in the forms, fill in all the form fields and then
arrow up just over where you put your name.   You will find there is a check
box that needs to be checked for your time choice.

There are a few of the new classes that offer two times the class will be
offered.

It only reads the first time choice which is 8 PM Eastern.  The second time
slot is there as a check box, but doesn't voice what it is.

If you hit the checkbox for the 8 PM time slot then submit your form it will
go through.

Joyce, I'm having trouble signing up for the flower loom class, I keep 
getting an error message. I was able to sign up for the plastic canvas class

tho.
