Hey Henrietta, I made a condom for my Lain easy chair handle.  I knitted a
long tube, gathered the one end, slipped it over the handle and tied the
other end under the piece.  Then snipped off the tie ends, smile.  One very
cool chair handle condom. It is very soft on the hand to open and close my
chair.
