Does anyone have a solution as to why I can not cut and paste from the LIon Brand site?

Also, I was reading the patern for a pot holder on the Friday news letter and there seams to be a new way to increase.  Something like knit and do not take off needle and then knit throught the back of the loop.  Sounds complicated Is this the same effect as a yarn over?  Any explinations will help.
