[Nfb-krafters-korner] angry and frustrated

hi Joyce and all
I am angry and frustrated in the automated phone system that is being used for the classes, such as the crocheted edge class that I signed up for, and was looking forward to attending tonight.
The problem was that the automated system would not accept the access code that I was entering correctly, and, I was dialing correctly.
I really do wish that we could go back to the original phone number and enter a room number, that was so much easier and better than this system that is in use now.
I am not the only person that doesn't like this phone system either.
Thank you for letting me voice my opinion, and vent some steam.
