For the thicker yarns, you would treat 2 pegs as 1. When you wrap the pegs, you would do one wrap around two pegs.

Can someone explain how this loom can handle thick and thin yarn.  The pegs have to be far apart for thick and closer together for thinner, like cotton yarn.
If I remember right, this loom adjusts the size of the loom not the distance of the pegs, like the other loom, right?
