[Nfb-krafters-korner] strange tool

These strange tools are I believe called Russian punch.  I have use them in 
the past to make miniature punch rugs for my dollhouse.  They can be used to 
decorate purses and your felted projects as well.  Is difficult to do 
without sight so I don't do it anymore but still have my original kit 
somewhere around the house.  As said by someone else, they are used much the 
same as punch hooked rugs.  JoAn
