Hi Sahar, I hate making bad weather perdictions! I just know how weather 
patterns effect the seasons because I have watched it happen every year 
since 2007 here in Oregon. I have also watched it happen in 2003 and 2005. 
Every year that we get a springish winter, we also end up with a winterish 
spring. It's as if the two seasons are trying to play Musical Chairs or 
fighting for each other's spot on the callendar. If I see something crossing 
my RADAR if you will, I tell it like it is. I also know that if winter 
doesn't get itself out of the system when it's seposed to that it will do so 
sooner or later. That is just a fact that even professional meteorologists 
miss. I have never seen such a case of spring feaver in Oregon and I have 
lived here my whole life. Everyone deserves a real spring! Every fall and 
winter, I find myself pointing out whether or not I like the weather 
forcasts. I also find myself pointing out to my friends the reasons for my 
apponyons of the weather forcasts. I also point out every single year any 
more why the rain and the mountain snow is so important. I also end up 
explaining how the weather effects the quallity of the next season. You'd be 
amazed! When the winter pattern is thrown off course, it will effect the 
following spring which in turn effects the following summer. Fall tends to 
be the least effected by the weather. I'm amazed that the scientists haven't 
taken notice of it! If you don't believe me, watch the weather over the next 
three months and tell me what you think. I hope that it stays like spring 
for you!!!
