Hi,
Those diaper insides work great for holding moisture in the plants. But don't over fill your pot. We are using soup bowls for the herbs for Easter. When I water the plants the dirt puffs up over the edge. I am afraid I will loose my seeds. lol But that does mean the moisture is waiting to keep the soil damp. So the diaper is a good idea but leave head room in the plant.
