I didn't know we had a website. Could someone just send me the info? That is
really cool about the looms. I only am barrowing a circle from a friend and
I believe it is the third largest in a set of 4 she got in a little kit from
Wal-Mart.

Oh yes, learning all about different stitches and stitch patterns on the
loom is a popular interest on this list. also classes to make things like
snowmen, treat bags, mittens, slippers, and shawls have been done recently.

The basic stitch you mentioned is the basic EWrap which in regular knitting
is actually the twisted knit stitch. On the loom you can do a stitch that
looks like a regular knit stitch and a pearl stitch. You can make many
patterns with stitch combinations. There are a number of cast on and bind
off methods too. Also you can knit flat pieces like blankets throws and
dishcloths as well.

BTW, the phone number for Monday night chats is on the website and anyone is
welcome to join free. Henry said that we were going to discuss converting
stitches, but actually we will be learning to convert needle knitting
patterns to loom knit patterns.
