[Nfb-krafters-korner] bookshairFW: craft books

You can not play BookShare.org books on the NLS player.  The BSO books 
are text-based books, so you need a machine with text-to-speech 
technology in it.  The NLS player does not have this -- but the Victor 
Reader Stream does.

The K1000 software should also be able to access them -- I believe.
