I used to have trouble lifting my arm and it was tendinitis.  I just needed 
one or two cortizone shots.  I have had it a few times in my life.  Have 
them check it out.

I might have to have surgery on my left shoulder very soon. I am having a 
hard time lifting my elbow to be even with my shoulder and when I pick up 
anything with my arms at work it about kills me.
