[Nfb-krafters-korner] question regarding hair fashions

The best way I can describe it is like a partial hat, fixed on to 
the top of your head I think with a comb (which isn't visible) 
and with feathers, ribbons, and other decorations falling round 
the back and sides of your head.  There can be a slight veil, 
made out of something very fine, in front, perhaps down to eye 
leveeal, but I don't think that's necessary.  I've only examined 
one of these creations close up, when a milliner came to 
demonstrate some of her most interesting wares to a ladies group 
I was in.  Before that day I didn't know what a fascinator was 
either.  I hope my description makes sense.  Eve (in Scotland)
