Sounds great, but not in my budget, as of now.

Terry,
With the IPhone 4 to call a phone number you just press a button wait a second to feel it vibrate and then say"Call 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 It will then ask you if you said and it repeats the number you say, yes and it dials.
Now if the number is in your list of phone numbers you have a choice of saying the number or saying Call John.

The IPhone 4s has a lot more that you can do by just talking.

When they showed the phone in the passed, I do not remember them showing the feature of being able to speak the number, how cool! I think that would be the rought for me. I would be reading the number in braille and speaking it to the phone or just by memory!
I have been kind of afraid of the thing, because of the tutch screen.
Thanks for all these tips, for the future!

You can tell it not to repeat keys once you've pressed them. Also, from the 3GS on up, you do have the option of saying, "Call 301 etc."
and it'll do the dialing for you. You just don't get all the wide variety of commands until the 4S with Siri.
