[Nfb-krafters-korner] Leather crafting

Hi,
I did a bit of leather crafting at summer camp a few times, and I enjoyed
it. I too would be very interested in classes with this craft.
I'm trying to remember, but is the stamp used in conjunction with the
patern/design? Maybe I'm wrong, so please correct me if I am. I don't want
to confuse anyone, that's for sure!

Thanks for this info, I believe I will have to wait for a class from someone
who has more knowledge than me to tell me what to do with a mallet and
stamp, giving someone like me tools can be quite challenging, rember I AM
STILL FIGURING out how to use a crow hook, But thanks for the info.

Hi Terry k.
As mentioned before, you need a leather punch tool, if you are going to make
tooled leather belts, vests etc then you need a mallet, stamps, buckles and
brads.
Check out leather supply shops, or A C Moore craft stores for these
supplies.
