So you wrapped each peg, 3 times and knitted, 1 over 2, all the way across.  What next?  How are you going to Perl, when you need another row of stitches?

Yes, I knit and purled the first six rows, but with the knit rows I knit one over two and with the purl rows I purled one over two.

Then I did the body of the dishcloth as per directions in class.
