There is a video that describes the loom.  The kit has several pieces and you snap the pieces together to "build" the loom you want to use.  It is an interesting concept.  You add more pieces to make wider projects.

I have never looked at one but the Lionbrand site has a good description of
the loom kit which I have pasted in below.

As I said, I saw it for $28 at Wall-mart. But it is the exact same kit.

It's a nice loom in that you have both long and round looms you can make
with the kit, as well as two different gauges of looms. I have heard that
the pegs break easily, and it sounds somewhat complicated to figure out how
to put it together considering all the pieces there are. from what I have
read on loom knitting lists, either folks love or hate them.
