Hey terry,
yes you use the tri beads and pipe cleaners....but they go on straight.....lol...pretending is necessary to make them in to the shape. They add some decor to the roof and also hide any wire and pins....you can also add other decorations as you see fit.....I wish we could find a way to put gum drops on....smile
