OK I've seen these candy wreaths made before, but I remember them being kind
of fluffy. Can the ribbon be inexpensive like curling ribbon or does it need
to be stronger? Thanks for all your help. I look forward to making these for
a few people as Thank yous this year.

Yes....you want a circle form. Some people take a metal clothes hanger and
make it into a circle....to give you an idea of how thick the metal will
feel. It is only one ring. Think of a 10, 12 or 16 inch ring to go on your
finger and you have it...smile.
