[Nfb-krafters-korner] Good place for yarn and needles

I'm keeping this website! Can't wait to hear what you think of the products! I'll use this in the future! I am involved in a huge mess with Lion Brand right now. First, the person who assisted on the phone ordered the wrong size needles! Then, the order was corrected by a second person and the first order purportedly canceled! Yesterday, I discovered they removed $30.35 from my account as opposed to $18.65. I called Customer Service as their message states they open for service at 8:30 Eastern time! I couldn't get anyone at all. Then I called the ordering number and was told they don't open until 9:00 Eastern time despite what the recording is. I called back later, and they couldn't find the order number attached to my order for the size 8 16-inch needles. So, I had the person look up the order under my name! Apparently, the first order never was canceled and I was told they had half a day off Friday and Monday and Tuesday off. I was assured that my money would be replaced within $48.00. I have no idea and or if I will receive the second order. Smiles! And of course, they charge for shipping, which never bothered me! I like Lion Brand, but what a mix-up! Smiles!
