[Nfb-krafters-korner] ordered supplies for snowflake and star

hi all,

I ordered my supplies tonight from consumer crafts. unfortunately I was unable to figure out how to get the free shipping, so it was $8. however I was happy to see that consumer crafts is located just across the city from me. a bit too far to actually go there myself to shop, but neat nonetheless. 

I got silver wire and pins and crystal snowflake beads and spacer beads.these crystal beads are especially nice because they are labeled A B, which stands for Aurora Borealis. so they will reflect different colors. nice with tree lights . I have enough supplies now for a number of stars and snow flakes. now I just have to hope that folks at our craft show like them. I don't put up a tree myself anymore now that my daughter has no interest in decorating it. ah well, it was fun while it lasted!
in August I will be teaching a loom knit Xmas stocking which I will also sell at the sale because my daughter is no longer interested in Santa anymore either. <smile> she enjoys checks or cash though <grin>
