[Nfb-krafters-korner] Ruffled hair Scrunchy

I have the crochet hook but don't have the ruffle yarn! I'll see if I can get some on the weekend! That would be fun to learn to make! I'm missing out on Terry's class, but hopefully there will be another some time!
