[Nfb-krafters-korner] Ruffled hair Scrunchy

Hi. I have a question about the ruffle yarn. Our Wal Mart does not have 
a crafts department. Wait a moment while I get a tissue. Anyway, can I 
get this yarn online at Joann say? Thanks.
