Lisa Maria,

Would you be willing to provide me info about this off list?  I am trying to
help a friend who's Rehab councilor has told her that the only money
transactions she can do as a person who is blind is cash.  I want to provide
as much info about this as soon as possible to help my friend, as well as
help the councilor embrace technology.
