[Nfb-krafters-korner] Treasury reports and other business matters

I have not contacted Joyce or anyone else about financial reports for our
division.  They have explained in the past what the money is used for and I
have not thought another thing about it and trust that they are using the
money as stated.

As far as monthly business meetings, I am not in favor of them.  It is very
time consuming to prepare and conduct these types of meetings.  We have a
hard enough time finding acceptable times for members to teach and attend
classes, as well as attend to the tasks that make our e-mail list and
classes run smoothly.  

I would consider supporting a business/membership meeting at least 2 month
prior to convention.  Following convention, notes could be sent out to the
membership summarizing information from the convention that pertains to our
division.  Of course if at any time an issue comes up with in our division
that calls for a meeting, one could be called, including topics from
convention.
