Cathy,
After readomg upir posts on snow and paying bills I read this craft and
wanted to pass it on to you and anyone else living where it is freezing.
Frozen Winter Lantern:

Take a small Pyrex bowl or any item you can place water in and add about one
quarter full of water and place outside to freeze. When completely frozen
over, add a Dixie cup weighted down with rocks or marbles and fill balance
of bowl with water and freeze that or leave outside to freeze over. When
frozen, remove cup with warm water and then mold and place a candle in hole
and place outside to light your porch or drive. As long as it stays below 0
you can reuse this time and time again. A free weather craft.
