[Zimmer, Cindy]

I think the easiest loom to start with is the basic round loom.  There are so many different companies that make them and everyone has their own preference.  I do like Provo Craft and Martha Stewart brands.  They have a groove and the top of the peg is rounded that helps stitches from coming off easily.  There are some files that I have attached to help you get started.  They are files that I have shared in the past with others.  Hope that helps.
