[Nfb-krafters-korner] lionBrand yarn's response to complaint

Hi all,

 

Great news! LionBrand has just written to notify me that my substitute yarn
for the damaged yarn skeins will be arriving at my door in 3 to 5 business
days.

I thank those of you who encouraged me to write and complain. I normally,
say nothing and take my lumps. 

It is good to know now that both LionBrand and Caron yarn are responsive to
customer concerns. As some of you may remember I was missing yarn to
complete my latch hook kit project, and Caron yarn sent me more yarn.

 

So, now I've got yarn for hmm, not sure if it will be a shawl or hooded
scarf.
