[Nfb-krafters-korner] Tomatoes

Well, you're all making me hungry with all this talk of fried veggies.  I'm 
not into tomatoes but, I love fried squash, eggplant, and pickles.  If you 
haven't tasted fried dill pickles, you're missing something.  I've never 
heard of using Italian bread crumbs and cheese on veggies but, I think it 
sounds great and I could use veggie cheese since I'm still a vegan.  thanks.

When I was a kid, we got fresh tomatoes, from a farmers market, put a bit of 
salt and ate them, like an apple!
They were so fresh, no preservatives!

sounds so good. I think maybe eggplant would be good like this, too?  Sounds 
like it could work for eggplant.
My mom and dad always made fried tomatos from tomatos raised in dad's summer 
gardens. I do not know if I ever ate one though.
