[Nfb-krafters-korner] picot stitch

Think of a picket fence and that is the main idea.  You usually fold  it 
over on that row and tack the rest of it down inside a cuff or top of a sock  
or neck line.  I have done it with knitting needles, so that is what I am  
describing to you.
