[Nfb-krafters-korner] picot stitch

Which part of the picket stitch are you not understanding? I'm guessing
that if you have used a traditional Granny Square stitch pattern, you have
been using 3 double crochets in a group all the way around, and some
multiple of chain stitches in the corners. If this is the case, you will do
a slip stitch in the top of each double crochet from the last round, then
chain 3, and then put your hook back in the 3rd slip stitch you made just
before you did the chain 3, or back in the 3rd double crochet stitch. Now
just repeat this in the next group of 3 double crochets.

Keep in mind that you do not have to do it exactly as the pattern states.
Just as long as you are consistent, you can do whatever works for you.

HTH,
Annette

So I'm considering this as a border to a granny square blanket. The
directions say to slip stitch three, chain three and then one slip stitch in
the last slipstitch I made.
