hi plastic canvas lovers,

today i worked on my plastic canvas coaster. yes, I have been crafting all day and getting not much else done. anyhow, I wanted to let everyone know that I purchased my plastic canvas at my local Wall-mart. I was not able to find the seven count squares, per inch canvas,in the precut squares. they only happened to carry the ten count per inch precut squares . so I checked out the large canvases and found both the seven and a five count squares per inch canvas. so I purchased one of the five squares per inch size; . it is a clear color. my thought was to learn on the larger squares. so I have started my coaster with a four inch square using the five count per inch canvas, 20 by 20 squares. I am using super-bulky yarn. I have ;found that the large eye needle 22 or 20 size I believe it is, works well with the super-bulky yarn and fits through the five count squares while the 16 size darning needle works well with the seven count canvas and the worsted weight yarn. so at present, my coaster is coming out nicely. it really helps to have the written instructions in front of me. and thanks to Terry I have them. if anyone would lie the instructions, let me or Terry know.

happy crafting, Cathy
