Thanks all!
I went to a clinic and to a specialist and thankfully, I do not have any chipted boans, like the Dr. at the clinic, thought. I am still dealing with a lot of pain, but sure am thankful. He said it would take time, ice, exersizes and over the counter, pain meds.

I fell, Sunday night and hurt my knee, real bad. If it were not for my knitting loom and talking to friends and of course the tv, I do not know how I would have made it past the last 2 days. It still hurts to walk, but at least I am at work and on the mend. Crafting kept my mind off my pains and made the day go faster and I also got something accomplished!
That book sounds great, Becky!

This is so true. I often teach people who I counsel a craft to help give them an outlet.....crafting fulfills many of our needs.
